The clothes are designed, manufactured, and hand-dyed in Helsinki. Our material choices are guided by responsibility, comfort, and quality. All Hanimaa fabrics originate from Europe, and the production of our products in Finland, as well as sourcing materials from responsible partners, has been a paramount principle for us from the beginning. We strive to use fabrics as efficiently as possible through deliberate pattern-making. Both garments and accessories are produced in limited quantities, sometimes just a few pieces, to reduce waste. This helps ensure that there are no unused products left in stock and enables us to introduce new, unique designs for sale.
